Smartphone Photo of the Day: Share the Art by Frisi

BreakingModern — Seeing beautiful artwork is one of life’s great pleasures. Photographing that artwork is another, and the smartphone allows you to not only capture a stunning shot quickly, but share it with a host of friends and family right away. The image below, of a public sculpture and fountain, was taken by Frisi in San Juan, Puerto Rico. It’s our smartphone photo of the day.

Frisi — just the single name — used an HTC One M8 to capture this shot. The angle captures the reaching figures, and the bright sunny day coupled with the plume of water gives energy and movement to the photo. Frisi adjusted the color and cropped the photo down on the right side to give it a tight, framed looked. Great job.

Make sure to check out Frisi’s portfolio on Facebook, which shows off his skill with the M8.

  1. Interesting elements. I might have taken it from the front side.

    The color is good.

The angles kind of their me a little. I can tell he is on an angle, but is the artwork as well?
